BSI Insta-Cure & Gap Filling is a higher viscosity CA Glue is perfect for filling gaps and securing loose fitting joints. For optimal results, apply to one surface and press the parts together for 5-15 seconds. It is also ideal for larger surface areas and close fitting joints such as laminations.

Avoid spreading the glue too thinly to prevent early curing. Instead, create a serpentine bead with 1" separations on one surface and let the pressure do the work. Trust in Insta-Cure for a strong and reliable bond every time.

Directions:

Unscrew top from nozzle. For finer applications, use the extender tip. Apply Insta-Cure+ CA to one side of the parts being joined, then hold them tightly together for 5-15 seconds. For larger bonding areas, apply serpentine beads of the CA with enough spacing to allow for the spreading of the adhesive. Insta-Set accelerator can be sprayed to cure the CA that oozes from joints. Full strength is reached in three hours. Wipe the nozzle clean before replacing screw-on top. Refrigerate to extend shelf life. Cured CA is stable from -40 to 220ºF. Soak extender tip in acetone for cleaning.
